The July 21st edition of the Tabula Rasa Weekend Wrap Report has been published. Containing cool news about the Friday Night Fights, there's also a report on play submitted videos.
As you may have heard, our very own Richard Garriott is going to fight two time featherweight boxing champ Jesus Chavez as a exhibition match at the next Friday Night Fights event, July 25, 2008 at 6PM Central on the Public Test Server. We even made a video to celebrate the occasion that you can find at Massively.com.
Warning: Yes, that it Richard in a woman's robe, yes, we DO fear for his safety in this match, and no, the rat tails do not give a bonus to defense.

Friday Night Fights
It was an outstanding night at Friday Night Fights as we count down to next weeks epic match up of Garriott vs. Chavez. We had a few new faces join us this week along with a number of FNF veterans who were all lining up for the chance to claim the title of FNF Champion.
First Round: Matza defeated Phoenixaug, Deadra beat Scarscape, Kaczmanchoy took out Wahls, Slamscape overcame Voideca, Cappadocian beat Fuzzball, Bethel took down Dunsel, Blackburned defeated Excellence and Andriss put down Badger.
Quarter Finals: Deadra defeated Matza, Slamscape beat Kaczmanchoy, Cappadocian took out Bethel and Blackburned overcame Andriss.
Semi-Finals: Slamscape defeated Deadra and Cappadocian defeated Blackburned.
Finals: Cappadocian defeated Slamscape to claim the title of FNF Champion.
As is tradition at FNF, Cappadocian had the chance to either walk away or take on one of two specialty matches unique to FNF. Being an FNF veteran, the Champion chose to undertake the Pride and Trust Challenge.
Final Challenge: Cappadocian & Andriss defeated Fuzzball & Slamscape. This was a great match with an amazing outcome. Cappadocian found himself out of the match early leaving his partner to deal with two opponents and Andriss, a former FNF Champion in her own right, stepped up to the plate and made a tremendous comeback to score the win for her team.
FNF is going strong heading into next weeks much anticipated tournament and we can't wait to see everyone on PTS whether to participate or spectate. It's sure to be a heck of a show.
